ARRIVAL TIME: Check in time is between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Check-in after 8:00 pm is possible with prior arrangement. If your travel or flight is delayed, please contact or e-mail us to let us know your estimated arrival time.
PARKING: We have private parking to accommodate guests.
DEPARTURE TIME: Check out time is 11:00 am. Late checkout is possible up until 12:00 pm if you would like to spend some additional time in the area. However, we require that you clear your guest room of all personal belongings by 11:00 am so that we can begin readying the rooms for guests arriving at 3:00 pm.
RATES: Rates are for single or double occupancy and include our home cooked breakfast plus complimentary wine & cheese or light refreshments based on your preferences. All rates subject to change w/out notice. Rates subject to applicable taxes and nominal credit card convenience charge.
MEALS: A full, home cooked breakfast is included in the rate. Please make us aware of any food restrictions or allergies prior to your stay.
OCCUPANCY: We allow a maximum of 2 people per guest room.
CHILDREN: Although we love children, the Whimsical Pig Bed and Breakfast is set-up as a getaway destination for adults. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation and/or lodge at the inn.
NON-INN GUESTS DURING YOUR STAY: Common areas of the farmhouse and grounds of the property are solely for the use of booked guests who are staying at the Whimsical Pig Bed & Breakfast. While many guests visit the area to see friends or family, attend a local event, or visit students at the local universities, we require our guests to please confirm with us before inviting other parties who are not guests at the B&B.
FOOD AND DRINKS IN GUEST ROOMS: We work hard to make sure that all of our guests at The Inn have a wonderful, memorable experience. That experience includes maintaining high standards when it comes to providing clean facilities, linens, original artwork, antiques, and furniture. We ask that all guests please refrain from eating or bringing beverages into the guest rooms - and ALWAYS use the coasters provided for you! We have refrigerators that you are welcome to utilize. All food consumption, outside of our breakfasts, should be in the dining, common, or designated outside areas of the Inn.
PETS: We do not permit guests to bring pets. Our friendly cats, who are not permitted in the bedrooms, are always more than happy to serve as a substitute furry-friend during your stay!
SMOKING: We are a non-smoking facility. Any smoking will result in an immediate request to leave, an additional cleaning fee of $150, plus your room charges.
PAYMENTS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Reservations are charged in full upon arrival. If you are paying by cash, it is collected at the time of check-in. Sorry, checks will not be accepted.
STANDARD CANCELLATION: Reservations cancelled less than seven (7) days prior to the check in date and no shows will be charged as follows:
Cancelled reservations of one or two nights will be charged for one night of lodging at the rate of the reserved room.
Cancelled reservations of three or more nights will be charged for 50% of the lodging at the rate of the reserved room.
