Summertime is here! Bright skies illuminate the day and the night; the days are longer and the nights are cooler, the gardens are in bloom. Summer brings time to unwind, time to revitalize. There’s no place I’d rather be than somewhere near water on a hot summer day so come sit by the pond and be lulled by the koi and the sound of the waterfall. Research shows that being near water boosts happiness and overall mental health! Time to get off the grid and indulge yourself. Life is good at the Whimsical Pig!
Come see for yourself…sit back, settle in by the pond, on the deck or patio, and enjoy each unhurried moment of your stay.
Time to relax and rejuvenate, enjoy friends and family or find a quiet retreat just for yourself. We’ll provide the beautiful setting, the welcoming rooms, and the friendly hosts. You will make the special times! Come and enjoy “The Pig.” We look forward to hearing from you.

Our daughter knows we like to go to different wineries, find a cozy B&B and spend the night. This was a gift and it was the BEST!! This place is cozy; the owners are friendly and make you feel at home. When you arrive you have wonderful munchies and something to drink. The decorations are interesting. Lots of antiques. Our room had a small sitting room with a fireplace and we loved it. The beds are so comfortable we hated to get up. Breakfast was amazing. Sue is a great cook. Ron is very interesting to talk to. It was a snowy morning when we left, Ron had a path shoveled to the car and the car was cleaned off. Love the place and feel like we left with two new friends.
